Recruiting
Hiring and recruiting top talent can be a challenging and time-intensive process. Hiring organizations recognize the value in saving time, money, and preventing unnecessary burden on internal staff by outsourcing certain hiring needs. It allows their hiring managers to focus on their primary roles and responsibilities and not waste their time, out of the field or office, interviewing unqualified candidates.
The Pharma Recruiters offers customized recruiting solutions that provide clients with the highest quality and maximum flexibility regarding your talent searches. We provide the highest level of recruiting services they need, according to their time-sensitive priority, and within their allocated budget to find the pivotal talent for their organization.
We offer Exclusive Retained, or Cotainer, Engaged Search options as well as non-traditional fee structures to demonstrate our focus and flexibility as a true recruiting partner. We do not offer Contingency Searches, as they are merely a process for unqualified recruiters, with limited or no knowledge of the industry, who spend limited or no time sourcing and screening candidates only to produce resumes, not qualified and vetted candidates, in the hopes of securing a quick fee and then moving on. Their process is only transactional. Whereas, our focus is on a true partnership that entails a thorough recruiting and interviewing process, delivering top industry, qualified talent who are a great fit for our clients and their company culture. Since our focus is on quality vs. quantity, our clients spend less time interviewing unqualified and unvetted candidates, who are incapable of performing the duties of the role, which also helps them reduce their company's turnover as well.

Cotainer, Engaged Search
The Cotainer search option offers several benefits to our clients and our search firm, since many of the strengths of the retained search model can be captured while concurrently reducing the financial risks for both parties. The main benefit to our client involves less up front costs, especially if they are a new client interested in partnering with us for the first time. The benefit to our firm is that we know our client is serious about hiring exclusively through us, creating mutual trust and a very good working relationship and partnership from the start.
In a Cotainer search, the client only pays 25% of the fee up front in order to be set up as a priority search. The rest of the fee is paid upon the candidate's hire date. By initiating this type of search, both parties have some ownership in the final result, and will therefore be more engaged in the interaction.
Retained Search
A retained search is preferable for cases in which clients have a pressing executive level need. There is often a degree of urgency and high priority that accompanies this type of search. Due to the strong commitment that is mutually required from both parties, retained searches take precedence over cotainer assignments. A client company is essentially securing a commitment from the search firm to prioritize the search. The guarantee period is longer and the financial investment is paid in 3 installments: The first installment is due at the start of the search, the second installment is due 30 days following the start of the search or with the first slate of candidates presented, whichever occurs first, and then the third and final installment is due upon the candidate's hire date.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
When businesses need to streamline their hiring operation and focus on long-term business strategies while also reducing the overall costs associated with recruitment, they may find that recruitment process outsourcing, or RPO, is their best solution. RPO allows organizations to transfer all or part of their recruitment activities to external specialists who have the industry experience and resources to meet their talent acquisition needs. This is usually offered on a 1099 contract and hybrid model with a monthly retainer and a reduced fee structure as candidates are hired, without the added costs of providing company benefits and oversight.
